Cost is $160.00 for the session

6:00 PM || MIDDLE EASTERN DANCE
Find your rhythm, celebrate expression, and build dynamic core coordination.

7:00 PM – 8:15 PM || VIN YIN YOGA
The perfect balance: warm up with an active flow, then transition into deep, restorative holds.
